What kind of art do you create?

I create original artworks using mixed techniques and vivid colour palettes, blending realism with expressive and abstract elements. I also offer high-quality art prints made from my original paintings.

Are your prints hand-signed?

Original artworks are signed.
Prints are not hand-signed unless stated in the product listing.

 Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply choose the artwork or print you love, add it to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You do not need to create an account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently:

• Google Pay
• Bank transfer
• Any other payment methods offered via WooCommerce at checkout

We do not store card details.

Can I cancel my order?

• Prints: cancellations are possible only within 2 hours of ordering.
• Originals: cancellations are possible before dispatch.
  After dispatch, you may refer to the Returns Policy.

Are prints made to order?

Yes — every print is produced individually for your order.

How long will my print take?

Print processing time: 1–3 business days
(Seasonal periods may take a little longer.)

How are prints packaged?

All prints are flat-packed with:

• Rigid backing board
• Protective sleeve
• Tissue or paper wrap
• Sturdy, flat mailer or box

This prevents bending and ensures safe delivery.

Do you ship prints internationally?

At the moment, prints are shipped within the UK only.

 Original Art

Do you ship original paintings internationally?

Yes — original artworks ship worldwide using tracked international services.

How are originals packaged?

Original paintings are packaged using gallery-grade protection, including:

• Acid-free wrapping
• Corner protectors
• Multiple layers of bubble wrap
• Reinforced backing (if needed)
• Sturdy art box with padding

Each piece is packed by hand with utmost care.

How long does delivery take?

Prints (UK only)

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: ~2 working days after dispatch

Original Art

• UK: ~2 working days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Worldwide: 7–20 business days (varies by customs)

Do you offer tracking?

Yes — all original artworks and print orders include tracking.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer combined or split shipping?

Yes.
Your order may ship together or separately depending on size and packaging requirements.
There is no extra charge unless noted at checkout.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

International buyers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These are not included in artwork or shipping prices.

 Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

• Prints: Only if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect (prints are made to order).
• Original Art: Returns accepted if damaged or incorrect; other cases handled individually.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 7 days with clear photos of the item and packaging.
I will offer a replacement (if possible) or a refund.

What if my parcel is lost?

I will open an investigation with the courier.
If confirmed lost, you will receive a replacement (if possible) or a refund.
