4. Ordering Process
When you place an order:
- You receive an order confirmation
- Your order begins processing
- You receive a dispatch confirmation once shipped
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders (e.g., payment issues, stock errors), with a full refund if payment was taken.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer
- Any additional payment methods offered by WooCommerce
Payments must clear before items are shipped.
International orders (for original artworks) may incur additional taxes, import duties, or customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Original Paintings
- Hand-prepared and securely packaged using gallery-grade materials
- 1–3 business days processing
- UK & international shipping available
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout

7. Split Shipping
Items may ship separately depending on size, packaging requirements, and location.
You will not be charged additional shipping unless stated at checkout.
8. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International buyers are responsible for:

These charges are not included in artwork prices or shipping fees.
9. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Include clear photos of the packaging and the item
- We will offer a replacement (if possible) or a suitable solution
Lost Parcels
If your parcel seems lost, contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Returns (Prints & Original Artwork)
We accept returns only if the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty.
Because prints are made to order, we do not accept discretionary returns.
For original paintings, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis (excluding custom orders).
10. Digital Content
If in the future we offer downloadable or digital items, these cannot be refunded once accessed or downloaded.
