This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, damaged items, cancellations, and lost parcels.

1. Overview
Because many of our products are made to order (prints) or are one-of-a-kind (original artworks), returns are handled differently depending on the item.
We always comply with UK consumer law and aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
Once received, we will offer:
- A free replacement, if available, or
- A full refund, or
- A suitable alternative solution
This does not affect your legal rights.
3. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- We will open an investigation with the courier
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue:
- A replacement (if possible), or
- A full refund
4. Returns for Prints (Made to Order)
All art prints are made to order specially for each customer.
Therefore:
- We do not accept returns for prints due to change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or buyer error
- We do accept returns if the print is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
This is standard for custom-made and made-to-order products under UK consumer law.
5. Returns for Original Paintings
Original artworks are unique, hand-created pieces.
We accept returns for original paintings only if:
- The artwork is damaged
- You received the wrong item
- There is a significant issue not described in the listing
Returns for original art due to change of mind are not normally accepted, but may be considered case-by-case at our discretion.
Buyers are responsible for:
- Repacking the artwork securely
- Return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or faulty)
- Ensuring the artwork is returned in its original condition
6. Custom or Commissioned Artwork
Custom artwork, commissions, and personalised pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of damage during shipping.
7. Cancellations
Print Orders
Because prints go into production quickly:
- Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase
- After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed
Original Artwork Orders
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible (see returns policy above)

8. Packaging Requirements for Returns
If a return is approved, items must be returned in secure packaging.
For Prints:
- Keep prints flat
- Use rigid packaging (backing board, stiff envelope or box)
- Protect with tissue paper or similar material
For Original Artwork:
Original paintings must be returned using similar protective materials used to ship them, including:
- Acid-free or soft protective wrapping
- Bubble wrap
- Corner protectors
- Sturdy box or mailer
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
9. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund timelines:
- Processing time: typically 3–7 business days
- Bank or payment provider processing time may vary
We will notify you when your refund has been approved and processed.
10. International Orders
For orders shipped outside the UK:
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable
- If returning an original artwork, clearly mark the parcel as “Customer Return” to avoid additional customs fees
